Cancelled account and need refund
You all took 4995 from my account unauthorized for subscription I did not subscribe for I don't know what kind of scam y'all running but I will get the proper authorities involved if my money is not returned to my account

Overcharged
I was charged 27 times for a payment for $43.14, I need 26 of those payments credited to my account.
Being charged for brinks installation
Digital life told we that they were switching my service over to Brinks and there wouldn't be any charge for installation, but what they fail to tell me that the camera was $399 each and they said they had installed 3, which they only installed one,then they charge my credit card for $825 , without notifying me at all about the charging my credit card.I need them to put my $825 back on to my card Now!!!

I was swapped to Brinks and have been paying them since like December. Now I see some collections nonsense asking for money about Digital Life.
Why would I be paying for two alarms one of which told me to swap because it no longer works. Please contact whoever you sold that $197 to and fix this.

I cancelled my account over 11 months ago and realized I was still getting billed and left me on hold and kept telling me they were esculating the refund. You stole from
Me. And switched me from rep to rep and no end in site

Don’t use any more. Communication hard. Battery rings way too often.
Battery needs replacing way too often. Beeps constantly. I want it out of my house as soon as possible and no sales pitch about ring doorbell or Brinks replacement.

Alarm not working properly
It stopped working and is doing this weird beeping thing. I dont know if its the battery but I thought they recently replace the battery.
I am not sure what else to say here but it is not working properly and I would like to have it fixed. I think maybe a technician needs to come out but Im not sure if youre able to check it online first.

I sent them an email on their Facebook letting them know that my new phone which I had received on September 2020 was giving me trouble not letting me download IOS on November 16,2020. Which may I add it was a new family plan with 5 lines cable and internet.
Was completely ignored sent photos of issue. Tried every possible way. Then once I COULDNT log on to Apple ID I reached out to Apple come to find out my phone had been hacked. I felt violated was under statement .
Apple sent to investigation but could not tell me how long this had been going on for. Its sad ATT IN HOUSTON TEXAS could ask for payment of a non working phone yet me the Customer could not ask for assistance in repairing for a phone they gave me. Horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE UNDER RICKYS MANAGEMENT IN KATY . I then made them aware that it had been hacked November 24,2020.
Then they were open for dialogue completely discrimination not even a CALL OF APOLOGY. Please BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I've had Digital Life for two years and now I've sold my home! To transfer my equipment to the new owners, they assume the service and the equipment for $99.
I've had issues with these new buyers so me communicating with them to make this happen, isn't in the cards!
For me to keep the equipment, that I already paid for, and move it to my new house it's going to cost me $349 to downgrade to the basic plan or $849.99 to transfer my premium plan!
To cancel the service, it costs me nothing, but the loss I paid for the equipment in the beginning... So, looks like I'm cancelling and leaving the equipment right where it is!
So what AT&T is saying is that we only reward new customers but we penalize our loyal customers!
Once I'm in my new home I'm switching internet, cable and phone to someone else and am dropping my cell phones through AT&T.
I cannot back a company that has no customer loyalty!

Wireless absolutely......Digital Life NOT AT ALL!!!!
In 2016 we had service installed and the installer took out half the electrical in my upstairs, had to have an electrician fix it. Paid for 4 months but service didn't always work, alarm did not go off when daughter had a kitchen accident, thermostat didn't work correctly, cameras not pointed to see things etc.
Called in late in the year and told them I would pay when service was corrected. New tech was great. Thought things were okay. Service never worked!!!
I had uninstalled equipment. Fast forward to December and getting gifts...we find out that they have charged us for 4 months of service unpaid at 60 a month and 560 for equipment for an early termination after my call years prior! This disabled us from being able to add lines to our wireless account. The only numbers available are based in the Philipines and I was told on 12/24 we would have a resolution by 12/30 and that they would request charges be absolved.
Reese, Raoul, another person whom I could not pronounce her name as well as someone identified as a manager by the name of Ashley offered me an address to write my frustration. Told me no other numbers are available and that there are no emails. I was told today that it is now 30 days and it is still being processed. In the last 2 and half years I had my brother in law pass away, 4 in college, one in high school, 2 car accidents and husband was in the hospital twice.
I feel like no one listens and they just want you to leave them alone.
Service was awful...all we wanted was for it to work!!!! Customer service is nonexistent and enough to cause an anxiety attack.
